How do I get an account for myLakeland?
To access the myLakeland portal, you will need your Lakeland I.D. (LID) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  • Continuing Student:
    If you are a continuing Lakeland student, you can find your LID on your schedules, financial aid notices, and tuition bills.

  • New Student:
    If you are a new Lakeland student, you will be sent your LID after completing the Application form. If you've never logged in to Lakeland Online before, your PIN is your six-digit birthdate in this format (mmddyy).

  • Forget LID/PIN:
    If you've forgotten your LID the Help Desk can guide you through one of the three main methods to obtain your LID:
    1. In-person presentation of photo ID
    2. Combo of photocopy-and-fax
    3. e-mail with specific details
    4. View all Methods

    If you've forotten your PIN contact the Help Desk at 440-525-7570 or lcchelpdesk@lakelandcc.edu and they can reset your PIN upon identity verification.

 I have an account, how do I register for classes?
  1. Login using your same Lakeland ID (LID) and PIN (password) used for Lakeland OnLine.
  2. Click on the Student tab.
  3. Locate the Student Services & Financial Aid channel/box.
  4. Click on 'Registration'.

  • You may have mistyped your LID (username) or PIN (password).
    Close this window and try again.

  • You may have forgotten your LID.
    Contact the help desk at 440-525-7570 or lcchelpdesk@lakelandcc.edu and they can you guide you through one of the methods for getting your LID.
    NOTE: If you have too many failed login attempts your account will be disabled.

  • You may have forgotten your PIN.
    Contact the help desk at 440-525-7570 or lcchelpdesk@lakelandcc.edu as your account will be disabled if you have too many failed login attempts.

  • You may NOT have a valid account on myLakeland.
    myLakeland is for Credit Students, Faculty and Staff. Non-Credit/Community Learning Students Click Here.

  • Your account may be inactive.
    If you have not taken a class at Lakeland for 3+ years your account may have been set to inactive. Contact the Admissions Office (440.525.7100) to have your account updated and reactivated.
